Choosing your
instructor - Bob teaches spinning classes in the Los Angeles South
Bay area. Why should you attend a spinning class taught by Bob?
First, he provides a bit of party atmosphere, sometimes including a group spinning
karaoke session. But the focus of the class is training for
endurance and strength. Bob teaches a breathing method that changes
speed exercises from anaerobic to aerobic, allowing long periods of speed
runs. These workouts are preparation for a non-stop 66 minute
special event run on December 6, 2002.
Additionally, he provides an eight-week program where those choosing to
participate can develop the ability to use 100% resistance on the indoor
bike through multiple 5 minute spinning exercises. Bob's special breathing
techniques, developed as described above for the martial arts and marathon
running allow his students to accomplish these heavy resistance exercises.
The focus on high resistance exercises on the indoor bike greatly
strengthen the hamstrings and surprisingly results in a dramatic increase
in the ability to sprint for long periods. One of Bob's goals is to
complete a 60 minute non-stop exercise with 100% resistance. Contact Bob McCauley at mccauley@superwire.com |
